基調講演 "New IT service trend: Knowledge processing and Software as a Service" 淺川和雄(富士通研究所)
The decisive factor in corporate competitiveness has changed from ownership of materials to ownership of knowledge. If wide-ranging
data that conventionally has been difficult to grasp, is collected, analyzed, and integrated, and further quantified and visualized, it becomes
possible to effectively and logically validate decision-making processes, which formerly had to rely solely on intuition. Furthermore, this can
enable an organization to optimize information quickly and use it as knowledge to strengthen its business competitiveness. Particularly under
the current environment where the World Wide Web is widespread, utilization of BI (Business Intelligence) based on services known as “Web 2.0,”
is vital. In this presentation, some cases of BI software utilization where accumulated knowledge or knowledge obtained from the Internet is
processed and applied to corporate analysis, resource management, and marketing will be introduced.

コミュニティ生成メディア（ＣＣＭ）は，情報や知識の相互利用を促進するメディアとして構想することができるが，
検討すべき課題も多い．組織の意思決定過程モデルや企業内ＳＮＳに着目し，その可能性を考察してみたい．
